We want every customer to be satisfied with SnowFairy AI IntelliRecover. If you have any concern with your purchase, contact us at support@snowfairy.ai — we respond within 1–2 business days and will do our best to help.
1. Purchases via Paddle (Merchant of Record)
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase
Where your purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and is the seller on your payment statement. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and statutory withdrawal rights for Paddle purchases are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Paddle’s Buyer Terms or applicable consumer law. If you need help with a refund on a Paddle purchase, contact us at support@snowfairy.ai and we will assist Paddle in processing your request.
2. Our Refund Commitment
We stand behind SnowFairy AI IntelliRecover. If you experience a problem with your purchase, we want to hear from you and we will work to make it right.
✓ We will always honour:
- Paddle Buyer Terms — for all purchases processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record
- Technical defects — if the Software fails to perform as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a refund or replacement
- Duplicate charges — verified duplicate payments are refunded in full
- Unauthorised purchases — purchases made without your knowledge or consent, subject to verification
- Mandatory consumer rights — all statutory rights under applicable law in your country of residence, without limitation

3. Annual Subscriptions & AI Renewals
Commercial and Enterprise annual subscriptions and AI Feature renewals are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, and to applicable mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
- Cancellation: Cancel auto-renewal any time via your account portal or by contacting us before the renewal date. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Renewal after cancellation: If you were charged for a renewal after you cancelled and have confirmation of your cancellation, contact us within 7 days and we will refund that charge.
- AI Feature renewals: Not charged automatically — you must actively renew. Expiry does not affect your base lifetime license.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@snowfairy.ai with subject “Refund Request” and include:
- The email address used for your purchase
- Your License Key or order reference from your purchase confirmation
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 1–2 business days and will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf for Paddle purchases.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method by the payment processor (including Paddle where applicable). Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card network. Once a refund is issued, your License Key is deactivated.
6. Payment Routing
Your purchase may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record or by an authorised payment gateway, depending on your country and checkout route. The applicable processor is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
- Paddle purchases: Paddle handles tax, billing, and payment support. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply.
- Gateway purchases: SnowFairy AI Labs is the seller of record. This Refund Policy applies in full.
- Failed transactions: Declined or failed transactions do not create a license. Retry checkout or contact your bank.
- Duplicate charges: Email us within 7 days with your purchase confirmation — we will investigate and refund any verified duplicate.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law in your country of residence. If Paddle’s Buyer Terms or mandatory local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply in full.
